業務内容

日本人およびアジア人向けのシニアケアホームをPowayにて運営。　入居者数は最大15名。　2017年に起業し、ケアホーム1軒目をsouth San Diegoにオープンして、3年前にPowayの入居者数を増やすため拠点を移動。　現在は日本人を含めた正社員およびパートの従業員計15名を雇用しホームを運営している。

We run a senior care home catered to Japanese/Asian seniors in Poway, CA.  Our facility capacity is 15 residents.  Ohana Care LLC was established in 2017, and our first facility was located in south San Diego.  Three years ago, we moved to a larger property in Poway to accommodate more residents.  We currently have a total of 15 employees including a number of Japanese staff members.

オハナケアホームは日本人オーナーが運営するシニアケアホームです。　日本語が話せて、日本食も提供される定員15名のアットホームな施設です。　オハナとはハワイの言葉で家族を意味しており、私たちのモットーは入居者の方を家族同様に接し、毎日楽しく愛情あふれるホーム作りに尽くしております。　認知症ケア、終末期ケアも対応しております。

Ohana Care Home is a small senior care home owned by a Japanese owner with a capacity of 15 residents.  Many of our caregivers speak Japanese and Japanese meals are served almost every day.  “Ohana” means family in Hawaiian language; our motto is to treat everyone like Ohana.  We offer dementia and end-of-life care as well.
